Lemon Pepper Tofu Recipe
16 oz tofu (drained and sliced rectangular and long ways) grapeseed or coconut oil (in pan over midium / high heat) 1 lemon Peppercorn 3 tsp sea salt
Places slices over oil and let both sides lightly fry in oil 5 minutes remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Squeeze lemon juice on all slices. Add pepper and salt to your liking. Place strips back into oil in pan until the slices slightly crisp. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Can slice into chunks and make a nice kale or spinach base salad and toss in the tofu chunks with some veggies!!!
