ALMOND FLAXSEED BURGER

ALMOND FLAXSEED BURGER

2 cloves garlic
1 c almonds
1/2 c ground flaxseed
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp coconut oil, hemp or EFA
sea salt to taste

blend in food processor or blender. Can eat raw, baked @ 300 degrees for 35 minutes, grill or cook over coconut oil. yummy yummy in the tummy!!!
