Yes do you remember Gumby? Well you will sure feel like him when you are done with this workout. It can be done at the gym or outside!! Build muscle, burn fat and feel GOOD!!!! Right in time for the summer—unless you’re in cali we have summer year round—woot woot—soo the right time is anytime 🙂

 

Run 3 minutes (fast—treadmill or outside)

Hop squats (hopping forward 2 minutes)

Run 3 minutes

Walking lunges (2 minutes)

Run 3 minutes

 

REPEAT 3-5 times!!!
