Pushups!!! You can do them anywhere!!

 

What does it work?

Always wanted to be able to do push ups but can not and get discouraged? Start this program!! Whatever you can not finish do on your knees. Start at whatever program is a challenege for you!! Guaranteed to have you doing 100 pushups in 1 minute!!!

 

Remember keep your belly tight, back straight—-do not let it sink in, butt down (not a dance club—-its a workout!!!), breathe, you do not have to go to 90 degrees !!

 

Do what you can!!! 4 Sets x 30-45 sec break x # stated—–do one complete rotation for 1 set then do again etc. 3- 4 times a week!!

10, 12, 7, 7  (do one whole round = 1 set then go 3 more rounds)
