TRY THIS CIRCUIT IN GYM NEXT TIME

 

 

Lat pull down (medium to heavy resistance) 1 min

Standing, bent over, underhand row with a straight bar 1 min

Bosu burpee with a pushup 1 min

Pushups—spiderman so 1/2 pushup, then bring knee to elbow alternating legs

Jog 5 minutes

 

Repeat 4 times nonstop!!!
