UPPER BODY BLAST

 

 

Pull ups (assissted or non)

Pushups (medicine ball)

 

Run 3 minutes

 

Inverted pull ups (overhand) If have smith machine pull down (reverse pushup position–pull body up)

Push ups (incline—hands on something higher, toes on the ground)

 

Row cardio machine 3 minutes get faster every minute

 

Standing row

Dips

 

Run 3 minutes

 

Repeat entire circuit 3-4 times nonstop
