1-2 pounds string beans (green/purple or yellow)

7 garlic cloves

3 TBS coconut oil

Handful of almonds

4 TBSP Tamari Gluten Free Soy sauce

1/2 c H2O




In a pan add coconut oil over medium heat. When melted add the string beans. In a food processor add the garlic until very fine, add to pan. Add the almonds. Cover and let cook 25 minutes over low heat. After the time has passed,  turn off the heat and add the tamari sauce. Yummy side!!! Have with fish, or lean protein or even alone!!!!!
