Burn 300 calories right at home:)

40 jumping jacks

30 crunches

20 squats

10 pushups

 

do three times in a row non stop!!! Now remember if you have more muscle mass on your body you will be burning more than 300 kcal which is great:)

 

Follow this with a green face plate, nice lean protein and plenty of H20
