Preworkout smoothie

Make sure you are always getting the right energy before and after your workout, the results you will see and how fast—–are greater and more rewarding!!!

Green keeps you lean:)

1 c unsweetened real apple juice (remember always read your ingredients)

1/2 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt

4 ice cubes

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp creatine powder

1 tsp liquid chlorophyll (i have an article all about chlorophyll check out the endless benefits)

PS. If you want to make this for breakfast, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder and you have a healthy, meal replacement:)
