heres a few we did in bootcamp and with a few of my other clients.
2 in out (1/2 burpee) 2 jump squats (every 20)
switch jump lunge / explosive pushups (alternate first 20sec lunge second 20sec pushups)
spider crunch/ mountain climbers
you can download a hiit tabatta app for free too and the timer will set and go off for you:)
