homemade bath oil recipe—Miracle Potion*

after bath before bed miracle oil!

 

You need a

*4fl oz glycerin bottle (if you can empty half into another container or you can purchase empty containers for homemade oils/sprays etc 4fl oz)

*5 drops colloidal silver

*1o drops rose hip seed oil

*10drops neem seed oil

* 5tbs coconut oil (can run jar under hot water to solidify)

Fill 1/2 the 4 fl oz bottle with glycerin, add in drops mentioned of colloidal, neem, rose hip then the coconut oil and shake up!! if you still have space in your jar add more coconut oil!!!

 

I leave it right in my shower so once i am done (before patting dry) i apply the oil.  It will harden if it is a bit chilly but you just run the bottle under hot water in your sink, or leave in your bathtub while showering and it will liquify.

Hardest thing about staying on your lifestyle food for fitness journey is the convenience/ideas/time/money/ prep etc.—–especially if you are super busy like I am.

I usually utilize regular storage containers but they take up too much space and i already have a great deal to carry!!! So i saw this and figured wow i must try and share!!!

I put spinach, carrots, celery, tuna and braggs spices and apple cider vinegar in two of them.

In the others i put raw spinach, celery, carrots, broccoli and leftover chili i made a huge pot of two days ago.

The chili is totally vegan it does take a bit to make but here is the recipe

1 organic red kidney beans bag (whole bag follow cook instructions)

1 organic black beans bag (1/2 bag follow cook instructions)

1 org. white onion

2 sweet potatoes big

2 bunches cilantro

5 stalks celery

4 large carrots

Braggs sea salt, 24 spices, olive oil , chili spices (tumeric, cumin, cayenne, pepper, paprika etc or get package)

organic real tomato sauce 16 oz

4 tomatos

 

Cook all beans in seperate pot will take about three hours to make (drain when finished)

Add all other ingredients in another pot chop however you like cook on super low for 2 hours

Mix both pots together

ITS DONE!!! You can put it in a whole wheat tortilla, eat with bread, eat it alone, with wheat thing crackers, over spinach etc.

This recipe makes a great deal of chili so it will last you!! It was for me for the week and i gave some out to people in mason jars , i have been consuming it for well this is day three now and i still have some left.

Whenever you have time to cook make a great deal!!! It will only bring you closer to your goals, save money, save time and if you have a family they will also benefit from you making extra leftovers vs everyone choosing unhealthy options because of convenience.

I can see clearly now why some male doctors are so confused when we walk through their door:)

We are going to talk about signs of PMS and simple ways we can ease it starting now.

What are a few signs?

  • acne
  • cramps
  • hot flashes
  • excessive sweating
  • irritability
  • bloating
  • tenderness in chest/low back pain
  • sadness/mood swings
  • headaches
  • fatigue

Oh and the obvious…

  • you are all of a sudden always right
  • people actually are respecting your privacy

What can you do?!

  • EAT YOUR VEGETABLES —-eat more of your crucierous veggies it helps flush out the extra estrogens.
  • EXERCISE (improves circulation, releases endorphins) at least 30 minutes a day
  • YOGA or any form of meditation
  • HYDRATE

*Other things to consider

  • We are all different and experience different symptoms. Take note of yours and exactly what happens, when and how you feel. This will also help your doctor better help you. If the pain is severe go to the doctor.
  • Eating veggies, limting or eliminating alcohol/high refined carbs/caffeine, staying hydrated, exercising, limiting stress—all help balance the hormones more.
  • Vit D. St Johns Wort, B6, and magnesium all help with mood, hormones, cravings, sleep, fatigue etc. There are also great complexes out there. Check out your local Health Food Store.

There are awesome apps out there that also help, you can download for free on your phone and journal it all. There are even reminder alarms so you can at least prep a few days in advance!!!

Just always be aware and prepare, we can not run from it but we can still have a happy day and not let it get in the way.
