7 eggs (yolks of 4)

1/2 Soyrizo package (comes in vegetarian section of store near tofu)

1/2 onion

1 broccoli crown

1/2 c cooked black beans

1/2 c Parsley leaves

4 garlic cloves

1 tbs cumin

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp chili powder

1/4 c cilantro

3 slices vegetarian or vegan cheese

2 tbs coconut, olive or grapeseed oil

 

so tasty!! save the leftovers. High in protein, fiber and  nothing but good stuff!! Also low in sodium and contains lots of flavor!!! Enjoy:) You could even top it off with some avocado

1/2 bag homemade black beans (from bag follow directions)

1 Large tomatoe

1 nonfat plain greek yogurt

1 medium red onion

Vegetarian cheese shredded

2 c spinach

Fish—-white fish

All natural taco seasoning 1 packet

1/4  c apple cider vinegar

 

Cook fish and taco seasoning in coconut oil.Place on serving dish. Chop or slice tomato,onion,spinach,avocado. Place each in seperate bowls. Place all other ingredients in own dish on table and everyone can make their own tacos!!!! Loaded with protein, fiber and lots of flavor!!!

2 cloves garlic
1 c almonds
1/2 c ground flaxseed
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp coconut oil, hemp or EFA
sea salt to taste

blend in food processor or blender. Can eat raw, baked @ 300 degrees for 35 minutes, grill or cook over coconut oil. yummy yummy in the tummy!!!

Sooo quick, easy and tasty to make. Awesome on the go superfood!!! It is a no bake recipe and can be a treat or a snack!!! The fats, protein and carbohydrate keep you full and satisfied!!!! There are so many varieties post your own for us!!! Here is a must try simple recipe!!!

1 c raw almonds
1.5 c pitted dates
2 Tbs raw carob powder
1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp bee pollen
1 Tbsp Vanilla

Mix all ingredients except the dates in a food processor until crumbly. When crumbly add the dates. Then scoop out, roll into balls and refrigerate!!!!

Lemon Pepper Tofu Recipe

 

16 oz tofu (drained and sliced rectangular and long ways) grapeseed or coconut oil (in pan over midium / high heat) 1 lemon Peppercorn 3 tsp sea salt

 

Places slices over oil and let both sides lightly fry in oil 5 minutes remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Squeeze lemon juice on all slices. Add pepper and salt to your liking. Place strips back into oil in pan until the slices slightly crisp. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Can slice into chunks and make a nice kale or spinach base salad and toss in the tofu chunks with some veggies!!!

Cheap to make and extremely healthy for you!!! JUST DO IT!!!!
