Master Cleanse plus

This is given solely as a suggestion. Everyone reacts differently. It will get worse before it gets better as your body naturally tries to remove toxins. Listen to your body!!! Post any concerns. Suggested fast (only these liquids and supplements) for 3 days. I am going on 3. Then the last 2 days (juices/smoothies) then raw foods (veggies,fruits). Slowly adding items. All supplements are suggested you do not have to go out and buy it. However, even taking it everyday provides a great deal of benefit—so it will help you. This is the easy part. The hardest is transition from liquid to your diet now without od’ing on toxins again daily. We are doing this to cleanse and also make our daily choices better most of the time. We want to instill a discipline and self control. You can still cheat but not 3 times a day, 7 days a week for 15 years. You body is your temple:) Take care of yourself inside and out —-truly love yourself:) because you are BEAUTIFUL:) it will be hard but together we will make it through the rain and it will just be another day:)

 

Upon waking-

1) 8 oz h2o

2) 8 oz lemon/ginger recipe

3) Green/raw viamin veggie drink if have

4) drink at least 2-3 L H2O daily (on top of all above and below which = out to much moe h20)

 

Lemon/Ginger recipe

2 lemons (rind of 1)

Ginger (size of baby carrot/peeled)

Stevia

Blend and dilute with 5 (8oz glasses h2o)

 

Master Cleanse/lemonade (6-12 glasses daily)          

2 tbsp lemon or lime juice (real!!! you can juice a few and store)

2 tbsp  maple syrup geniune preferably grade C organic (i have grade b could not find C th darker the better) dark amber good!!

1/10-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (test it out see how much you can handle)

Purifid room temperature  or cold h2o —– 10 oz

 

Only do if you have a day off and want to cleanse the colon a bit more

Internal salt water bathing

quart h2o lukewarm

2 rounded level tsp uniodized sea salt

drink entire quart upon waking

salt and h2o will not seperate but rather stay intact and wash the entire tract in 1 hour. Salt water has same gravity as blood so kidneys cant pick up the water and blood does not pick up the salt.

 

Supplements

Liquid chlorella/chlorophyll (mint)  follow diections—take on empty stomach and agin at night

Probiotic — Bio k (liquid so it starts in the mouth)

Amino acid complex (take 2-3 times a day) (morning/after workout/before bed)

Wheat grass powder and/or spirulina, mixed with water and ice (2x a day)

powder colon cleanse (1/10-1/2 tsp powder—in powder greens or mixed with water)

Healthforce superfoods—– their mulivitamin raw food greens mix with water or wih wheat grass

 

Working out

Great way to cleanse and it is safe!!! Listen to your body!!! add weights and cardio!!! Play it safe increase everyday—especially if you are not use to working out everyday!!! CARDIO+WEIGHTS!!!

Also if you purchase the supplements above—you do not need the maple syrup because the supplements will give you all you need in vitamins and minerals. If you have done the master cleanse you know it only consist of salt water flushes and the actual Master cleanse recipe. TOFU BURGERS

TOFU BURGERS

 

1 pound extra firm tofu (put in paper towels on plate—with pan sitting on top  keep draining for 15 minute)

1/4c each whole wheat flour, quick oats and cornstarch

1/2 c parsley and basil

2 tsp paprika, basil, pepper

2 tsp cumin, thyme, sea salt

1/2 tsp-1tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp garlic

2 tbsp olive or coconut or grapeseed oil

put all the ingredients (except for olive oil) in a food processor or blender until the consistency is moldable or in small chunks

Mold the consistency into patties and put in the pan (olive oil should be hot in pan)

lightly cook on medium for 5-7 minutes on each side then serve —i had 6 patties come out of this

I then served it with tomato/spinach/raw onion and peppers over 1/2 c paella rice —-thats what i ate.

today i had two patties in a spinach and broccoli salad for lunch

tomorrow i will have a tofu patty in a lettuce wrap with tomato, onion, spinach, pepper, organic ketchup and vegan cheese!!!

food goes a lonnngggg way when i make it lol!!! makes our lives easier.

LASAGNA WITHOUT THE PASTA

 

Moussaka recipe—-so good!! Originally made with eggplant, veggies, meat, bread crumbs, and a bechamel sauce.
Well this weekend i made a healthier version since I am in a fitness competition. I made minor changes and it still came out awesome!!! It was filling, a nice change to our dinners and muy satisfying!! Not a diet—simply a lifestyle change!! Remember trick your body so you do not feel like you are on a diet!!!
Ingredients
2 eggplants 2 Kholarabi (was in our veggie box, but you can use other veggies) 1 zuchini 6 leeks (entire piece) 5 small radishes 3 collard green leaves 2 large kale leaves 1/2 c homemade breadcrumbs or store bought 1 (25 oz) Newmans own natural garlic and basil tomato sauce Olive oil Mozzarella cheese low fat shredded 16 oz tofu smart ground (for me:) ) 1/2 pound lean ground turkey 1 Lemon 2 TBS pepper

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees
  2. Slice eggplant longways into 1/2 inch 7-9 long slices per eggplant depending how thick
  3. brush olive oil on front and back of each slice
  4. take 2 long pans and place brushed eggplant flat on each (not on top of eachother so each can bake) place in oven for 20 minutes
  5. take out pans, add oilive oil, add ground meat cook until browned or a bit crispy (your preference), add lemon juice and pepper (i did one tofu and one ground since i do not eat meat but my friend does)
  6. cut up all other veggies (anyway you would like however not too thick since we are layering like a lasagna) (do this while meat is cooking—-process is long enough why make it longer!!!)
  7. Get another available rectangular or square pan put some olive oil on a brush or napkin and apply a light layer on the bottom and corners of the pan
  8. Take out eggplant place one layer horizontally on bottom of pan (as you would lasagna)
  9. Add tofu (to one half side) and ground meat to the other side
  10. add veggies on top of meat (not a great deal just enough to slightly cover the meat)
  11. add about 7 TBS of the sauce (spread evenly with spatula)
  12. Add layer eggplant vertically, add meat, veggies, sauce,
  13. If have space repeat but with eggplant horizontally
  14. last top layer—-meat, veggies, sauce, then add breadcrumbs, add cheese (to your liking we just sprinkly enough on the top layer to get the taste)
  15. bake for 1 hour, remove from oven let sit at least 30 minutes

Ours is a bit more complicated because of the meat but to me its easy!!! entire left 1/2 was my side and right side for your meat eaters! How yummy!!! and as always there’s leftovers

Adding Flavor to oatmeal is what you need to do if you have a hard time eating it or find it boring—trust me it is not the oatmeal it is you!!!! Be adventurous!!!
Sometimes when my clients say they eat oatmeal they add too much sugar (lots of fruit and sometimes a sweetner) NONONO let’s keep it clean
On the flip side many dislike eating it because they feel it’s bland and boring—-but again it is not the oatmeals fault it is YOU!!! anything can be bland and boring You have to be the one to add some flavor!!!!
First off make sure it is REAL oatmeal!! If you are going to do your body good do it right!!! STeel cut oats is real oatmeal.
Tips to remember when making oatmeal

 

 

  • Do not add crazy amount of fruit (if possible do not add any!!! The oatmeal is enough carbohydrate why add more?)
  • Watch your sugars (If you must add sweetner get the sweetners that your body will love like stevia, raw honey or raw agave nectar)
  • If you must use milk (use a 1/2 c 2% or non fat milk and the other 1/2 c water, or use a full c almond, rice or silk soy milk—-if you do not like soy try a flavored one like SILK SOY VANILLA OR CHOCOLATE i have made the recommendation and have had only WOW that is great responses:))
  • Read the directions!!! It already takes a bit to make it—so make it right the first time—-WASTED TIME = LOST TIME
  • do not microwave (kills the good stuff inside your oatmeal) — make it on the stove

What tastes soooo good in oatmeal in the morning?

  • Protein!!! YES!! We eat it sometimes protein oatmeal!!! We add one scoop of our protein powder to the oatmeal, along with 1 cup soy milk, 2 cups water and wow it is soooo good!! And we get an awesome balance of Carbohydrate, fat, fiber and protein soooo yummy in the tummy. Great meal to help you stay on the right track to reaching your goals without making you feel like you are on a diet
  • you can also make oatmeal, with soy/water and 1/2 a banana
  • oatmeal and almonds
  • Oatmeal with flavored soy—-is also very tasty!!!

what you need

 

Spinach (bag or 3 bunches)

Red onion (1/2 of medium one)

Green Pepper (med)

Olives

3 can octopus (goya section) (cut into smaller pieces)

1/2 c apple cider vinegar

1 c white vinegar

3 tbs pepper

1 tbs sea salt

2 med tomatoes

 

Combine all ingredients —let cool in fridge for 1 hour

 

Can make side of rice

 

Sooooo tasty the rice and octopus combination!!!

Full of protein and awesome lunch or dinner time meal!!!

 

What you will need:

 

Salmon burger patties or Ground salmon (you can form into patties)

Vegetarian Yellow cheese

Arnold whole wheat sandwhich thin bread

Organic ketchup

Spinach

 

Grill the salmon patties and the bread, combine all other ingredients and enjoy!!! Make extra for the week so you have at least one healthy meal made!!!

Parsely root fries!!!

 

Slice parlsey root really thin (like fries)

Add 4 Tbs olive oil

Sea salt sprinkle

Pepper sprinkle

 

Preheat oven 400 degrees and roast for 30-40 minutes!!

 

Sweet potatoe fries follow the same recipe!!! Usually people enjoy more because of the sweetness!!!

 

Where there is a will there is a way!! If you have time to make it healthier then do so before choosing something that will affect the inside of you and your future!!!

4 bunches bok Choy

1/2 whit onion chopped

1 c brown rice (cooked)

Soy Sausage (italian spiced) 2 links sliced

1/2 pound shrimp (thawed out)

4 TBS tamari soy sauce low sodium

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 cloves of garlic

2 Tbs olive oil

 

Heat olive oil in pan

saute onions

add cooked brown rice

add soy sausage

add shrimp

add garlic

Cover for 10 minutes, lower heat (let steam)

Add bok choy and tamari soy sauce cover for 5 minutes and its done!!! enjoy 🙂

Soo yummy!! my client and her family loved it!!!

 

4 links seasoned italian soy sausage (slice the links)

1 zuchini (slice)

1/2 white onion (slice)

Parsley leaves (real—we used 2 bunches)

Olive oil (2 TBS)

some olives (to your liking—i put in 7 green spanish olives stuffed with red pepper)

Newmans All Natural Tomato Sauce (1/2 jar)

 

Brown Rice

Carrots

sea Salt

Oliv oil

 

Cook the rice seperately:

In a seperate pan saute the onions and sausage. After 10 minutes add the olives, zuchini, parsley (cover and let cook for 10—if you like eating pasrley leaves, zuchini, and onion pretty raw then cover for less), Add 1/2 jar Newmans tomato sauce (cover an additional 5 minutes)

 

We did it with leftover brown rice and carrots. My client did it with Whole wheat pasta. Im sure the pasta tastes better!!

 

Make a great deal so that the next day you can eat the sausage mix alone, on salad, with crackers (like a chili) or even on bread.

 

For breakfast today i was in a rush but the dinner was so good from last night, that i took 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread and added the sausage mix too it—yummy yummy!!

 

The soy sausage is great!! Tastes delicious!! Plus it will keep you lean and you will feel great after consuming it. Not fatty, salty, hormone free etc. SOOOOO good!

1/2 cup concentrated freshly brewed organic coffee (black)

2 TBS Carob

2 packets Stevia

1/2 banana

1 Tsp organic peanut butte

Scoop wheat grass or spiruline
